Oat Milk is a paraben free extract of Avena sativa seeds, which contain oat lipids, proteins and carbohydrates as an emulsion. External applications of oat seeds have a helpful emollient effect in cases of skin irritation, seborrhea and different types of pruitus.
Use
Add to water phase of emulsions. Typical use level Use level: 0.5 - 5%. For external use only.
Applications
Cosmetic applications include skin conditioning, moisturizing, hair conditioning, moisturizing and repairing, anti-aging, and sensitive/irritated skin.
