Ready-to-use lipstick base with enhanced moisturizing properties, but still dries to a matte finish. It's a soft paste that has a satiny feel when applied. Considerably smudge proof. It doesn't have titanium dioxide to give a more vibrant, true-to-color finish. Customize by adding colorants d&C reds in liquid form and micas. 100% vegan.

Use
Stir well before use. Mix with our liquid red colorants, add colored mica for variation, blend well & transfer to vials using a syringe. Depending on pigment type add up to 15% of colors. For external use only. Yield: 3.5oz/100g of the base gives about 17-22 lipstick vials.
