Description
Hydrosoluble preparation of horse chestnut hydroglycolic extract, vegetable oils rich in omega-3 and omega-6 combined with hydrosoluble and liposoluble vitamins including vitamins A, E, F as well as the B group. This allows for combined use of all types of vitamins (water and oil soluble vitamins) for both hair and skin. Properties include: enhancing cell renewal, prevention of skin flaking, anti-irritant and anti-oxidant activities.
Use
Add to water phase of emulsions. Typical use level: 0.5 - 5%. For external use only.
Applications
Anti-aging and anti-wrinkle products, conditioning hair care treatments, after-sun treatments.

Under California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act, better known as OEHHA Prop 65, we are required to place a warning to this product since the OEHHA believes that retinol/retinyl esters may cause reproductive harm (e.g. interference in female/male reproduction or embryonal development), when used in daily dosages in excess of 10,000 IU or 3,000 retinol equivalents. Importantly, retinol/retinyl esters are still required and essential for maintenance of normal reproductive function. Recommended daily level during pregnancy is 8000 IU.
