Acts as an emulsifier. It helps other ingredients to dissolve in a solvent. It also helps to form emulsions by reducing the surface tension of the substances to be emulsified. It cleans the skin and hair by helping water to mix with oil and dirt. Ceteth-2 is suitable for hair care such as hair conditioners, permanent waves and skin care products like makeup foundations and cleansing products.
