Naturally derived, gluten-free, pre-gelatinized sugar, compatible with large variety of salts and ingredients due to non-ionic character. As this product is based on Corn starch it will not contain Gliadin, Hordein, Secalin or Avenin, but will contain low levels of corn protein, i.e. Zien. This product is not known to be associated with allergic reactions to gluten.
