Manufacture
Hydrolyzed quinoa protein is made by creating an alkaline defatted solution with quinoa seeds and adding a blend of proteases to induce complete enzymatic hydrolyzation. After enzyme inactivation the solution is purified and filtered. Does not contain gluten.
