Description
Non-ionic polyoxyethylene ether of higher saturated fatty alcohols (cetyl/stearyl alcohol). HLB value 16 (gives oil-in-water emulsions). Acts as an emulsifier, cleanser and wetting agent. It offers high solubility. Ceteareth-30 finds application in formulating moisturizers, lotions, hair conditioners, hair pomades and much more.
