Toner base that effectively cleanses and removes residues leaving pores sparkly clean. Different herbal extracts will have cleansing and calming properties. Rich in vitamins and minerals with antioxidant protection. Ideal to use after each cleansing. pH balanced (4.5-5.5). 90% organic content.
