Organic certification is a process for producers of organic food and other organic agricultural products including cosmetics and personal care products. Requirements vary from country to country, and generally involve a set of production standards for growing, storage, processing, packaging and shipping. Cosmetic manufacturers can voluntarily seek organic certification from a variety of national and international organizations. Our certified organic products are certified by the Washington State Department of Agriculture through the National Organic Program (NOP) which is the program of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) responsible for administering and enforcing the regulatory framework.
