Description
Acts as a liquid antistat, conditioner, emulsifier and surfactant. Polyoxylated derivatives of castor oil and hydrogenated castor oil are used as emulsifiers, solubilizers, and conditioners. They are stable over a broad pH range. Saponification number 138-153.
Use
Recommended use level 1-5%. For external use only.
