Acts as a liquid O/W emulsifier, emollient and surfactant. Polyoxylated derivatives of castor oil and hydrogenated castor oil are used as emulsifiers, solubilizers, and conditioners. Stable over a broad pH range.
Use
Recommended use level 1-5%. For external use only.
