Has a unique branched chain configuration and is a dry, non-oily penetrating emollient ester offering a wide range of applications across cosmetic formulations. In antiperspirants, it acts as an anti-clogging agent. In skin creams it provides a very soft luxurious feel. Also called ethylhexyl pelargonate.
