Description
High-dose, encapsulated vitamin A (retinol) formulated to improve skin penetration. Stability is 30-55% better than pure non-encapsulated retinol if stored as raw solution as well as in a cream at 20oC and 45oC. Activity: 1g contains about >3,000,000 IU pure retinol. Particle size of liposomes is 300-500nm.

Use
Incorporate into emulsion products at room temperature or below 30°C/86°F typically added at the end of the emulsion process. 1g contains about 3 Mio IU. Typical use level is 0.1 to up to 3%. When adding 1% to 100g of cream, the final retinol concentration will be 30,000 IU per 1g of cream which is a high concentration of retinol ideal for the aging skin. For external use only.
