This kit contains a ready-to-use lipstick base and various liquid and dry colors. Just mix in the colors you like and create your very own shades.
Benefits
  • Soft paste that has a satiny feel when applied, then dries matte. Final lip product gives a matte and smudge proof finish.
  • Add colored mica and/or D&C colors for creating unlimited color variations and shades.
  • No lipstick mold necessary as this product is a viscous fluid

  • Kit gives at least six 0.25floz containers of matte liquid lipstick.
  • Choose between 2 different bases:
    • Base No. 1: Base gives the finished lipstick good refatting & moisturizing properties protecting the lips from dehydrating. Smudge-proof.
    • Base No. 2: Base is more moisturizing than the No 1, but still dries to a matte finish. It doesn't have titanium dioxide to give a more vibrant, true-to-color finish.
  • Formula, method and a color chart for making 9 different red shades are included.
