Natural eye shadow with a more transparent finish (compared to the original formula), due to the absence of titanium dioxide. Vegan.

Use
Melt the base and add up to 20-30% of dry colorants such as micas and D&C colors. A low concentration of liquid iron oxide dispersion may also be added if needed. Blend well and pour into eye shadow containers.
