Ordering
There is no minimum order. You can order by phone, fax, mail, email or from our website with our secure on-line order processing system. If you order by phone, fax, mail, or email, please add all specifications required, including quantity, item number, description, price, name, shipping address, telephone number and email address.

Shipping
Since shipping charges vary considerably upon weight, please calculate the total weight of your order if you place orders by phone, fax or email (if ordering through our website, the weight is calculated automatically). Shipping charges may vary from the amount indicated by the automatic shipping calculator since the weight calculated in the website may differ from the actual package weight due to the packaging material. International packages will be mailed insured. There is a handling fee of $2.50 on all packages.
- Shipping in the US: Within the US orders are generally shipped with FedEx Ground. However, you can also choose FedEx Expedited Services or USPS Priority Mail. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes; please provide us your full shipping address. Please let us know if you'd like the package shipped with signature confirmation and insurance.
- International Shipping: International orders are generally shipped with USPS Global Express Guaranteed (GXG). This service is a reliable high-speed mail service available to about 150 countries. With Global Express Mail the package can be tracked and will be insured for up to $100 at no extra charge.
If the package is not over 4 pounds (1.8 kg) and if you prefer a cheaper mail service that does not offer insurance and tracking service you can choose USPS Global Priority Mail. Global Priority Mail is an expedited airmail letter-post service providing fast, reliable, and economical delivery. Items receive priority handling in the USA and in destination countries but is available to only about 50 countries. We can not take responsibility for the shipment (i.e. in case of lost packages we will not refund anything and/or re-shipping will be on the customer’s cost).
Please note: Customs fees, VAT (value added tax) and sales tax are typically charged by the government of your country and must be paid by the customer once the package arrives. We cannot determine what these fees will be. We recommend that you check with your local customs office or post office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. For customs clearance a customs broker is usually needed who may charge you a brokerage fee.
Back Orders
All products are usually in stock and readily available. However, although we are constantly increasing our inventories, it may happen that an item runs out-of-stock. Please advise us you desire the item back-ordered as out-of-stocks are not automatically back-ordered.
Return Policy
Products are returnable in the event of shipping error or if items are damaged or spilled. We must be contacted within five days of receipt of the order. We then will pay for shipping and reship the new item. All sales are final after five days. If packages are damaged upon receipt, you must contact the shipping carrier (FedEx or USPS) immediately in order to make a claim as we can not take responsibility for damaged packages.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from SOMERSET COSMETIC COMPANY LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Payments
We accept money orders, PayPal transactions and all major credit cards including VISA, American Express, MasterCard and Discover.
Prices
Although we strive to maintain low prices, they are subject to change due to market fluctuations. Prices do not include sales tax, shipping & handling charges.
Sales Tax
For residents of the State of Washington (WA), a sales tax of 8.9% is applicable (subject to change) unless we have a valid WA State Resale Certificate on file. You can access the Resale Certificate on-line here. If WA residents are not charged taxes for any reason, we reserve the right to charge taxes even after a purchase has made.
